NDIS Support Worker (Casual / Part-Time) About Us We are a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that empower individuals and families.

Our focus is on helping children with disability to achieve their goals, develop independence, and actively participate in their community. The Role We are seeking motivated and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be providing direct support to children with disability, both at home and in the community. You will work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and other support staff to deliver consistent, safe, and meaningful care. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver personal care and daily living support in line with individual care

plans.

- Support children to participate in educational, social, and recreational

activities.

- Implement behaviour support and therapy recommendations.
- Encourage independence and the development of life skills.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience supporting children with disability (essential).
- Strong understanding of child development and positive behaviour support

practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate, qualified, and reliable approach to care.

Required Qualifications & Checks

- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (desirable).
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, or

related field (highly regarded). What We Offer
