Loucas Seafood Restaurant is looking for an Experienced full-time Head Chef and Chef de Partie for our restaurant located at 242 Pulteney St Adelaide, 5000.

In this hands-on role the successful applicant will have the following qualities and skills:
* Oversee kitchen operations and support the Execuive Chef in daily activities.
* Plan and execute menu development, including specials, while maintaining the restaurant's high standards.
* Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure peak performance.
* Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality consistency.
* Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and order supplies efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
* Handle staff scheduling and assist in labor cost management.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
About You
We are seeking someone who has:
* A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in seafood or fine dining.
* A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* A passion for cooking and innovation in the kitchen.
