The successful candidate must:
* be admitted as a legal practitioner in Australia and eligible to hold a practicing certificate.
* have 3+ years post-admission experience specifically in family law matters.
* have experience drafting family law court documents and correspondence.
* have strong knowledge of Family Law Act and related legislation.
* have demonstrated experience managing client files independently.
