The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a prestige residential agency with a premium portfolio, strong leadership, and genuine operational support.
You will manage a clean, well-maintained rent roll with:

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a premium residential portfolio
* Client relationship management with landlords and tenants
* Arrears management and compliance
* Coordinating maintenance and inspections
* Upholding brand and service standards at a prestige level
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 1+ years experience in residential Property Management
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Licence)
* Strong legislative knowledge and compliance standards
* Professional communication and client management ability
* High attention to detail and organisational discipline
* Ability to work autonomously and within structured systems
