About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead to drive our clients' digital marketing campaigns forward.
* This role requires expertise in managing performance teams, integrating with client campaigns to maximize results.
* Candidates should have a proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns across various paid media marketing tactics, including social and search engine marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign management from start to finish, including placement, testing, tracking, working through specifications, reporting, and pacing towards goals.
* They will serve as an expert on clients' businesses, industries, competitors, key drivers, and environment, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* This role involves creating custom implementation strategies for clients, including optimal weights, placements, and buying parameters.
* Candidates will analyze and evaluate media proposals using core principles of the buying process, including analyzing, predicting audiences and costs, and tracking and optimizing results.
* They will continually seek ways to improve and enhance schedules to effectively achieve communication goals and cost efficiency.
* The successful candidate will assess delivery against plan and manage the plan to address shortfalls.
* They will provide post-campaign reports detailing results against planned KPIs, expenditure, communication goals, and campaign effectiveness.
* Supporting the Director in client contract negotiations and evaluating cost, value, and delivery to achieve the best result for clients is also essential.
* Candidates must prepare contracts/Ios and Proposals for clients.
* Handling difficult conversations effectively, seeing them as opportunities, reading situations quickly, and resolving disputes fairly is critical to this role.
