**Job Title:** Reentry Specialist
At our organization, we contribute to community safety by reducing reoffending and connecting individuals to programs, services, and community. We manage individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offenses, and prisoners on parole.
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in case management practices to work with medium- or high-risk individuals. This role requires applying evidence-based strategies to actively engage individuals and reduce their risk of reoffending.
### Key Responsibilities
* Identify factors contributing to individual offending behavior
* Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process
* Produce detailed reports and documents as per procedural guidelines
* Monitor individual compliance against order requirements
