The Equipment and Service team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the end-to-end management of CCEP Australia's fleet of equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing, Quality Assurance, and Preventative Maintenance of CCEP's portfolio of equipment.
About your new role
The National Technical Quality & Compliance Manager supports CCEP EQS teams in driving standards compliance along with driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our Quality Maintenance Program (QMP) at McDonalds sites across Southern Western Australia. You will provide Quality Maintenance to McDonalds sites on a day-to-day basis, implement McDonalds projects, provide feedback on quality issues, data integrity and invoicing with relation to their equipment and quality results. This role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service and strong knowledge of cold drink equipment and Beverage systems. Key elements include:

* Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit
* Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools

* Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
Please note: The role entails an amount of regional travel with overnight stays, so the ability to work independently is highly desirable.
A typical day
* Actively participating in safety toolbox talks
* Completing Safety Take One prior to commencing a job
* Creating a positive customer service experience
* Ensuring all decisions that are made have the customer front of mind
* Ensures Customer Appointments, where applicable, are met
* Ensures equipment is fixed on the first visit and does not require a repeat call
* Performs Preventative Maintenance and Quality Assurance when required as per the Planned Call and QMP inspection criteria
About you
You possess the following:
Career Experience
* Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
* Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers
* Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
* Agile in ways of working and able to prioritise multiple initiatives/resources
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure
* Ability to drive continuous improvement
* Sound understanding of SAP systems
Technical Skills (essential)
* Refrigeration or Electrical
* Parts management
* Beverage (Postmix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge
* Beverage Systems and design
* Co2 Reg board compliance testing
Desirable
* Electrical or Refrigeration Trade qualifications preferred but not essential
* Electrical qualification required (Cert 2)
