Mater Private Hospital Townsville is a leading private healthcare provider located in the heart of Townsville. Our experienced multidisciplinary team provides high-quality care across a variety of specialties, and we are currently seeking an experienced Contractor Podiatrist to join our team.
As a Contractor Podiatrist at Mater Townsville you will be responsible for delivering exceptional podiatry care to our patients, working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. You will provide assessments, treatments, and management for a wide range of podiatric conditions, working within the inpatient setting.

What you'll be doing
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot and lower limb health.
* Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
* Provide treatment for a range of conditions including diabetes-related foot issues, musculoskeletal injuries, and general foot care.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Participate in clinical meetings and continuing professional development opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Podiatrist with:
* A degree in Podiatry and current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
* Hold an ABN under a business for billing
* Proven experience in providing high-quality podiatric care, particularly in a hospital or private practice setting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
