We are seeking a Senior Client Manager to join our National Team, specialising in delivering best-in-class risk management solutions for top-tier mid-market clients.
The Senior Client Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to a key portfolio of diverse National clients, working closely with team members to implement strategies focused on growth and retention.
This role is crucial to our long-term growth ambitions in the QLD region, requiring collaboration with leadership to drive positive results and provide guidance and tools for succession.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including agriculture, education, and local community services.

Requirements:
* Exceptional client relationship management capabilities.
* Extensive experience in general commercial insurance and risk management.
* First-class communication and presentation skills, confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
* A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes.
* Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products.
* Leadership and management aspirations, with flair for mentoring or coaching others.
* Tier 1 Qualification.
* Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
