We are seeking a Support Worker to provide compassionate support to people with disabilities in Kadina, Australia.
About the Role:
* Foster independence and empowerment among clients by providing positive support with daily activities such as meal preparation, hygiene routines, and medication management
* Facilitate community participation and social inclusion through meaningful relationships and excellent communication skills
* Maintain accurate records of individual progress and activities
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
* Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
* Flexibility and autonomy in work arrangements
* Valid work visa and rights to work in Australia
* Current First Aid Certificate, full Driver's Licence, and NDIS Worker clearance
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience (desirable)
