Our client, a locks and locksmith company in Traralgon, has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer service person with a strong focus on client relations and general administration.

**The purpose of the role is;**
- To ensure all your appointed Clients/Accounts are serviced
- To ensure all orders, receipts and transfers are processed and completed within the agreed time frames
- To ensure all freight related tasks (POD's, Returns and Bookings) are actioned and completed within the agreed time frames and expectations
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers at all times
- Ensure "service failure report" is updated daily
- Ensure a "proactive stance" is taken at all times to ensure that a high level of service and communication is provided at all times
**The key tasks and responsibilities for the role are;**
- Processing orders
- Scheduling and prioritizing jobs
- Processing transfers
- Processing inbound receipts and returns
- General customer specific duties
- Other general tasks required
**To be successful in obtaining this role, you will;**

- Ability to uphold Company standards and control ownership of work
- Experience in Microsoft Office products

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
