Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee construction projects in the Greater Shepparton Region.

* Manage and direct construction projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to safety protocols.
* Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
* Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and budget management.
* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.


Essential Requirements:

* Trade Qualification (desirable but not essential).
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction (highly beneficial but not essential).
* Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
