Looking for an Account Executive Who Gets Real Estate
If you're reading this, chances are you're not just another sales exec. You know real estate. You've walked into agencies, pitched software to agents and principals, and closed deals without relying on a big brand name behind you. You understand how agents think, and more importantly, how to win their trust.
At iRealty, we're not hiring someone to manage existing accounts. We're looking for a hands-on AE who's technically sharp, commercially driven, and hungry to build something big—with us.
What We're Looking For:
You've sold software to real estate agencies – ideally across Australia
You've worked with or competed against Agentbox/Reapit, ActivePipe, Vault – maybe even sold it
You're based in Australia – and bring a valuable network with you
You're technically minded – comfortable navigating integrations, automation, and AI tools
You carry yourself like a founder – confident, resourceful, and ready to lead from the front
You're hungry, humble, and high-performance – attitude matters more than polish

What You'll Do as an Account Executive
Drive new business by selling iRealty's marketing platform to real estate agencies, primarily across Australia
Own the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting and demos to negotiation and close
Build relationships with principals, office managers, and marketing teams within real estate agencies
Tap into your network to uncover new opportunities and referrals
Present and explain our tech clearly – showcasing how our AI-driven tools deliver real ROI to agents
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement
Attend industry events and network in-market to build presence and pipeline
You Might Have:
Experience selling Proptech software into real estate agencies (e.g., Agentbox, ActivePipe, CoreLogic, Rex, or similar)
A strong network of real estate contacts, especially in NSW, QLD, or SA
A confident, polished presence and strong communication skills
Technical aptitude – you don't need to code, but you should understand integrations, APIs, and SaaS workflows
A self-starter mindset – comfortable hitting the phones and booking your own meetings
A hunger to grow into a more senior role over time
