About the Role
Coordinate international orders from entry through to shipment and documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders to secure competitive airfreight and seafreight rates
Manage intercompany stock levels, shipments, and related reporting
Prepare accurate export and customs documentation, invoices, and credit notes
Stay informed of international import/export regulations and compliance requirements
Collaborate closely with internal Sales, QA, and Warehouse teams
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in an export or freight coordination role
Strong knowledge of airfreight processes (seafreight advantageous)
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator and proactive team player
Intermediate - advanced Excel skills; SAP experience beneficial
Must have full Australian working rights
