Organisational Design Specialist
This role is focused on conducting thorough evaluations of job roles to ensure they align with organisational objectives and design best practices.
* A baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one is required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in organisational design, role evaluation, and project management. Familiarity with designated Role Evaluation Tools and Work Level Standards is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct independent role evaluations using designated tools to assess alignment with organisational standards.
* Evaluate information against Work Level Standards and role evaluation tools to identify areas for improvement.
* Interview staff to gather insights on role responsibilities and tasks.
* Verify and collect additional data from role supervisors (equivalent to General Managers - SES Band1).
* Document and summarise assessments and outcomes.
* Analyse outcomes to identify improvement opportunities in line with organisational design best practices.
* Manage the review project with Director of Workforce Planning, including planning and monitoring.
* Provide regular project updates to Director and assist with solution development as needed.
* Collaborate with HR Organisational Design team for project coordination.
* Communicate effectively with peers, executives, and stakeholders.
* Work efficiently to meet project deadlines with strong organisational skills.
