Digital Producer - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
The Role
You'll be committed to delivering an exceptional 'digital first' experience for THG's customers and members. As the Digital Producer, you'll play a key role in continuously delivering and managing meaningful content and experiences across our digital ecosystem. This includes (but isn't limited to) our three branded websites, member service portals, and apps—ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and aligned with our digital goals.

Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
How will you help?
* Continuously deliver and improve new and existing content and experiences across the digital ecosystem to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers and members.
* Manage, maintain and update existing content and assets to ensure it is accurate, contextual and meaningful to digital customers and members.
* Provide UAT support for the maintenance and improvement of digital platforms across the digital ecosystem including but not limited to content management, experimentations, targeting, personalisation and analytics. new content across the digital ecosystem to support
* Partner with business and technology leads to consult and provide digital experience input on new business initiatives and priorities.
* Maintain effective communication with digital agency and internal teams to streamline project delivery.
* Communicate to working groups, stakeholders and broader group on initiative progress and channel performance.

What do you need?
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferably in Digital Marketing, Business/Marketing) or equivalent experience - 5+ Years digital producer in a multi-brand regulated environment - Health, Insurance, Banking & Finance or Telco/Utilities.
* Practical and conceptual knowledge of digital channels & platforms - web, mobile, conversational AI, email, messaging, digital contact campaigns.
* Strong working knowledge relating to website development and CMS.
* Knowledge of user experience design principles and web usability
* A strong track record in websites and understanding of web technologies and trends.
* Developed writing, proofing, and editing skills.
* Understanding of HTML and CSS
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
