About the Role
In line with our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage campaigns, and help elevate the KTL Australia brand across various platforms. You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies that support the company's growth and success. Tasks and responsibilities will include:
 * Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
 * Coordinate and create content for digital and print materials including social media, newsletters, and websites.
 * Manage the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
 * Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
 * Support event coordination, from internal meetings to external trade shows and conferences.
 * Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
 * Maintain an up-to-date database of marketing materials and assets.
 * Assist in managing the brand's reputation and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
 * Perform administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and projects as required.
 * Provide high-level administrative support to CEO & MD, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
 * A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
 * Previous experience in a marketing role, admin or office manager role.
 * Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
 * Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, LinkedIn).
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
