Grand Pacific Health has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Goulburn team.
Responsibilities
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative services to support the delivery of the services and activities of the Goulburn hub, including being the first point of contact for consumers over the phone and at reception.
The Goulburn hub has a number of programs offering a range of services to the local community including mental health counselling, alcohol and other drugs support services and allied health programs.
The role works flexibly and collaboratively with other teams, locations and administrative staff to support the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the hub and organisation.
This position is full time opportunity, fixed term for 12 months with possibility of extension.
As a full-time position you also have the opportunity to enjoy a rostered day off each month.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in administration and or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service skills and an ability to effectively engage with a wide diversity of people including the ability to work respectfully with people with mental health difficulties.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently when required but also to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others as part of a team.
