Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct initial rehabilitation assessments and develop rehabilitation plans to assist clients with physical injuries and secondary psychosocial barriers.
2. Provide case management for clients returning to same employment or transitioning to new employment.
3. Deliver injury prevention training relevant to customer needs.
4. Assess and make recommendations regarding clients' physical health and wellbeing, and medical conditions on ability to work.
5. Write detailed case notes and reports.
6. Work with veterans to support their psychosocial, medical, and vocational goals.
Requirements
* Hold a degree in Physiotherapy.
* Be eligible for AHPRA membership upon graduating.
* Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
* Pass a national criminal check before commencing employment.
* Have full Australian working rights.
* Hold a full driver's license, own vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
