Overview
Experienced Property Lawyer (3+ Years PAE).
We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PAE to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, solutions-focused lawyer who genuinely enjoys property law and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Residential conveyancing
- Commercial conveyancing
- Leasing matters
- Independent legal advices
- Titles Office lodgements
- Property transfers and related transactions
- General property law matters
You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative team in a fast-paced but highly supportive workplace.
About You
- Has a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in property law
- Has strong experience in Queensland conveyancing and property transactions
- Is confident managing files autonomously from start to finish
- Has excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with clients
- Enjoys mentoring and collaborating with junior team members
- Thrives in an up-to-date, team-oriented culture
- Values practical problem solving over ego
- Experience with LEAP and PEXA is highly regarded.
