**How you will contribute and grow.**

Reporting to the State Manager the new QLD State Account Manager will:

- Visit fleet customers and wholesale distributors to promote our semi-trailer transport equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fleet and wholesale markets.
- Generate new sales leads and close deals with fleet customers, wholesale distributors and OEM manufacturers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and distributors.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends.

**Requirements for success**
- Know what these are: Axle, Fifth Wheel, Ballraces and King Pin.
- Proficient in sales, specifically in the transport equipment industry.
- Experience in handling Account Management or Business Development functions in various geographic regions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and distributors.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
