About The Role
The Tarra Motors Group is seeking a motivated professional Service Receptionist to join its high performing Service Department.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customer both in person and over the telephone.
Assisting with customer enquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle status and products/services available.
Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
Handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Administration of service records and agreements, customer files, warranty records and work orders.
Data entry and generation of service-related reports.
Processing customer payments including cash and credit transactions and insurance billing.
Liaise between internal departments such as Sales, Service, Parts and Technicians.
Schedule vehicle pickup and delivery to customers.
Work as part of a dynamic and safety conscious team.
About You
Essential to your success are the following criteria:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience with ' in person' customer service (preferred).
Professional phone etiquette and great communication skills (written and verbal).
Robust organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook and/or dealership management software (i.e. Titan DMS).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of automotive services and repair processes (preferred).
Self-motivated person with high levels of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
Positive attitude, reliable and punctual.
Current NSW Driver's License.
