Aashvi Foods Pty Ltd (and associated entities) is looking for a Group Operations and Training Manager to manage our group of businesses operating in the hospitality and manufacturing / wholesale spaces. The role would be positioned under the Owner / Director and would have managerial responsibility for all aspects of the businesses. This role encompasses: One newly opened cafe in Tarneit, Corporate catering from both kitchens, A soon-to-be opened business manufacturing coffee cups and lids, Wholesale and retailing of manufactured product. The successful applicant would split time between locations, and would be responsible for overseeing the operation of all aspects to ensure quality and consistency of standards across all branches. Involvement in the development and growth of new businesses will be expected. This is a highly specialised role for a group with big dreams.

Qualifications
Degree: Bachelor level or higher in Business Administration
Required experience
 * 2+ years of hospitality experience
 * 2+ years in a managerial position preferred
 * Prior experience: Juggling the needs of multiple locations
 * Creating and implementing processes / policies
 * Deploying technological solutions
 * Training staff on policies and processes
 * Experience in retail / wholesale administration, distribution or marketing an advantage

Responsibilities
 * Oversee the operation of all aspects to ensure quality and consistency of standards across all branches.
 * Split time between locations and oversee the operation of all aspects to ensure consistency.
 * Involvement in development and growth of new businesses.
 * Manage group of businesses including cafe, corporate catering, manufacturing and wholesale/retail operations.
 * Report to Owner / Director and provide managerial leadership across the group.
