Since inception, they have built a reputation for operational excellence and secure, scalable ICT systems that support Australia's global presence.The RoleDue to internal expansion and increased demand on support systems, this department now has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk/Support Officer to deliver first and second-level support. This role supports internal staff across domestic and overseas posts, delivering high-quality, prompt ICT assistance and incident resolution. You'll work with a team of dedicated support professionals and technical specialists to ensure seamless service and system stability.ResponsibilitiesRespond to ICT-based incidents and requests with a focus on first-contact resolutionResearch and analyse issues to support and improve passport system performanceProvide excellent customer service to internal/external clientsMaintain incident records, follow up on escalations, and ensure resolution in line with SLAsCommunicate clearly and tactfully, adapting your approach based on your audienceTalented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
