About the Role
You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Team and play your part in ensuring that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.
The role requires you to work across a 7-day, flexible roster. Key points to note:
* Your hours will be allocated in collaboration with you.
* You will be required to work one day of the weekend, and 2-3 days during the week.
* We will support your growth and development and hours may increase for the right candidate.
* You will become a valued team member and treated accordingly.
* Your input and ideas will be heard.
About You
* It would be desirable, but not essential for you to hold a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
* Experience is great - a positive attitude is even better!
* You will be enthusiastic and passionate about all things food
* You are a team player and enjoy working in a hands on environment
* Restaurant and banquet food preparation or willingness to learn
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to maintain kitchen protocols such as HACCP
* Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment
