As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential support to five Open Space Department teams.

Your new role
Part-time role - 2 days per week (preferably Tuesday and Wednesday), with the potential for additional days leading up to Christmas.
Located in Melbourne's south-east, this is an on-site position with excellent facilities.
A valid driving licence is essential due to the location.
In this role, you'll be responsible for triaging and actioning incoming requests, managing work orders, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, maintaining supplies, booking training, and supporting contract administration. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work independently
* Knowledge of IT systems and mobile work scheduling technology
* Experience in contract administration and customer care
* Relevant qualifications in Office Administration or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
