Senior Clinical Lead Role in Adult and Child Psychiatry
The Senior Clinical Lead will oversee the clinical operations of our multidisciplinary clinic, working closely with a team of experienced professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in psychiatry to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical supervision to GPs and overseas-trained psychiatrists
* Assist the Practice Principal in recruiting and selecting mental health clinicians
* Develop and implement clinical programs to meet the needs of patients
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in leading clinical teams. They will also have a deep understanding of the complexities of adult and child psychiatry.
