The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for all primary care needs of our residents, including ADL care, provision of meals, cleaning, and laundry, and contributes to a successful and sustainable care culture at our residential aged care homes with a small household living model.
Responsibilities:
* Primary care needs, including ADL care, provision of meals, cleaning and laundry.
* Providing care and support to residents using a person‐centred approach.
* Daily activities of personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
* Promoting the physical and emotional well‐being of residents by partnering residents in meaningful activities.
* Undertaking care and documentation to the highest standard.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in aged care is desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* Current National Police Clearance (if available).
