Maintenance Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our operations. As the central point of contact for all maintenance-related activities, you will coordinate repairs, schedule preventative maintenance and manage service requests to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Maintenance Team with administrative tasks
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities
* Manage service requests and allocate tasks
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and costs
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors
* Monitor inventory of spare parts and order replacements
* Assist with reporting and analysis of maintenance performance and costs
