Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor and Councillors
Full Time | Permanent
Salary: $86,793.20 to $93,614.04 per annum plus superannuation
Location: Colac
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor and Councillors.
This is a pivotal position within Council, suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, builds strong working relationships, and consistently delivers high‐quality administrative outcomes.
You Will Support The Leadership Of The Organisation By
Managing complex diaries, correspondence, briefing materials and meeting coordination.Preparing accurate and polished documents, reports, agendas and communications.Coordinating civic events and official engagements.Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Mayor, Councillors and internal/external stakeholders.Ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and sound judgement in all interactions.
This role requires initiative, discretion and the ability to navigate sensitive and politically aware environments with confidence.
