This role presents an opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position in our Histopathology department, coordinating the day-to-day management of the service and ensuring the standard and quality of results.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily activities, processing specialist investigations and supervising team members.
* Previous experience of working in the NHS is essential.
* People management skills are required.
* Extensive practical experience in a Cellular Pathology laboratory environment.
* Highly specialized knowledge across various Cellular Pathology work procedures.
