The Role
We're looking for a motivated and purpose-driven individual with a background in
Business Development
who's excited to contribute to a meaningful mission while enjoying the flexibility of working online.
This is a performance-based, independent role, best suited for someone who's self-led, aligned with personal development values, and ready to step into their next chapter with confidence.
What You'll Do
* Attend weekly online team calls and training (via Zoom)
* Create and implement online marketing strategies (with support)
* Engage in social media-based lead generation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Conduct structured phone interviews (scripts provided)
* Host follow-up Q&A sessions to support interested clients
* Guide new clients through onboarding and ongoing support
* Build your personal brand and online presence in alignment with our mission
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years professional experience (corporate, coaching, marketing, education, etc.)
* Comfortable using social media tools and Zoom
* A natural communicator with a warm, confident presence
* Passionate about self-development and helping others succeed
* Self-starter with a big vision for your life and career
