More About The Role

We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our NSW Trade Sales Team. In this role, you'll drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and maximise profitability across a diverse regional territory including the Southern Highlands, ACT/Canberra, the Riverina, and the Lower South Coast of NSW.

In The Role, You Will

Manage and grow customer relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors, supporting and progressing the project pipeline across the territory.Deliver 3 – 5 customer visits per day, executing a structured call plan to ensure effective territory coverage and accurate CRM reporting to drive pipeline visibility and sales outcomes.Achieve individual and state sales targets through effective territory planning and account management.Understand market segmentation to maximise cross-brand opportunities and increase share of wallet.Provide tailored Lighting and Connected solutions aligned to customer and end-user needs.Attend customer and industry events to promote the Signify brand and strengthen market presence.Build strong internal partnerships to ensure seamless customer delivery and commercial success.

Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targets in a complex and challenging environment.Ability to quickly develop meaningful client communication skills, with the ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and adapt to new market demands and opportunities.A passion for client satisfaction is a must.An ability to actively listen and effectively action a client's requirements are a must.Proficiency in using CRM systems.High levels of computer literacy.A focused, results-driven, credible and professional to travel regionally.
