* This is a full-time position located in our Geraldton office.
* A remuneration package based on the SCHADS Award Level 8.1 will be offered, approximately $129,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
* The Strategic Business Operations Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and culture.
* Responsibilities include general administration and reception services, quality assurance, workplace safety, facilities management, information technology, media relations, marketing, special projects, and events.
* Selecting criteria include qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or Business Administration, senior management experience, HR services delivery, team leadership, IT skills, and ability to develop high-quality written work.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Administration: Providing administrative support to the business, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
3. Workplace Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment.
4. Facilities Management: Overseeing maintenance and repairs of facilities.
5. Information Technology: Managing IT systems and infrastructure.
6. Media Relations: Handling media inquiries and communications.
7. Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
8. Special Projects: Coordinating and executing special projects.
9. Events: Organising and managing events.
Selection Criteria
* Qualifications: Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or Business Administration.
