About the role
We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join the team at Czarina' in our Paddington, NSW 2021 office. This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in driving growth and managing key client relationships within our wholesale division.
What you'll be doing
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new wholesale customers
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale clients
3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with wholesale customers
4. Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities
6. Providing regular progress reports and forecasts to senior management
7. Mentoring and supporting the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a wholesale sales or account management role, preferably within the sales industry
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships with wholesale customers
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
6. A team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others
