Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured data
* Develop and maintain central data warehouses, data lakes and other data platforms
* Support Project Managers to ensure all targets across HSEC, Quality and Training
* Consult with Project Management roles on the creation of construction schedules and plans
* Prepare high‐quality tenders, bids, EOIs and market‐sounding responses
* Develop clear, concise and compelling written submissions tailored to clients
* Lead prospect identification, pricing, and tender submissions
* Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts
* Deliver revenue and margin targets across the Process & Pipeline
* Grow market share through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
* Lead the implementation of CPBs Safety and Health strategy
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business SHEQ framework
* Strip and disassemble mechanical and hydraulic components during de‐commissioning projects
* Review and assess governance frameworks and strategies
* Evaluate clients' business control processes
* Safely erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding structures
* Inspect scaffolding and ensure compliance with regulations
* Lead and contribute to cost and dashboard review meetings
* Manage project cost tracking, forecasting, reporting and cost control activities
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Perform bank, credit‐card and balance‐sheet reconciliations
* Deliver digital and visual creative assets in line with approved brand guidelines
* Support the production of creative materials across digital and corporate platforms
* Deliver high‐quality, technically robust sustainability advisory services across projects
* Assess road geometry (urban, arterial, highways, rail access roads) for project feasibility
* Support clients with grid connection activities from feasibility through generator trial
* Prepare and manage connection enquiries and applications (r0 and r1)
* Lead the delivery of renewable energy projects ranging from design through construction and commissioning
* Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of integrated safety and quality systems
* Oversee group assurance, governance and accreditation requirements, including ISO standards
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 2 plus years' experience in gold processing plants
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (where applicable)
* Certificates for Bricklaying/Blocklaying, Concreting, Wall & Ceiling Lining (CPC), Carpentry (CPC) as relevant
