Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate workflow, manage production schedules, and supervise a team of wood machinists.
* Oversee operation and maintenance of Anderson CNCs, IMA edgebanders, and related machinery.
* Conduct routine servicing, troubleshooting to minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
