Key Responsibilities:
* Drive occupancy through local marketing and admission activities.
* Manage resident administration, including enquiries, admissions, and maintaining occupancy targets.
* Provide general administration support, including document control, filing, customer service, and reception duties.
* Implement organisational initiatives and community events as directed by management.
