THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a sociable Dentist looking to join a very busy and thriving practice that has been a pillar in Cairns for over 20 years?
You'll also have the option of splitting your time between Cairns and a sister clinic in Port Douglas/Mossman or even practising in that practice full-time.
There are more patients than available capacity to service them. This is a huge opportunity as you'll be taking on the books of an outgoing senior Dentist who is relocating. You'll walk into a full patient book and a captive, loyal audience of patients.
Due to the volume and variety of dentistry coming through you'll have the opportunity to do 5 years of dentistry in 2 years. You'll be occupied and have a rewarding clinical and monetary experience without breaking a sweat.
This is a comprehensive dental practice and the services include implants, full-mouth rehabs, dentures, crowns and bridges, veneers, clear aligners, endodontics, surgical extractions, and general dentistry.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Opportunity to earn higher than average Associate Dentist income
Walk into a full book that has formed through the goodwill and legacy built through the owners of this practice for a couple of decades;
Build relationships and help a multi-generational patient base who are loyal (the patients here value rapport and relationship building so your ability to hold a conversation, earn trust and build relationships is paramount);
The opportunity to get your hands on a variety of treatments every day and provide comprehensive dentistry in an area of your choice – whether it's implants, clear aligners, endodontics, surgical exos, crown and bridge, veneers, full mouth rehab, general dentistry;
Option to practice in one clinic or practice across two clinics;
Work in a digitised workflow and an environment where the Principal values technology, equipment and materials to ensure you optimise your potential;
Access to CBCT, intraoral scanners, laser, piezo surgery setup, implant motors, surgical motors
A no-pressure environment and a practice that prioritises quality and education
Being part of a warm, vibrant, friendly culture and open environment and working with a progressive and innovative Principal Dentist;

THE PRACTICE
This privately-owned practice has been one of the pillars of dentistry in Cairns and is led by an experienced Principal Dentist and switched-on management and leadership team (also ex-dentists).
The patients are plentiful in numbers and engaged in nature, so there is a huge opportunity for you to come in and provide top-notch care and treatment planning and make a difference in the provision of comprehensive dentistry.
The philosophy is centric to being upfront and transparent with patients, taking the opportunity to educate them and ensuring that patients are comfortable.
The same can be said about the work environment – this is a strong, loyal team with many years of experience and this is a very supportive, fun, warm and relaxed environment.
