Job description:
Join Komatsu's North East Region Field Service team and play a key role in delivering expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer equipment—while representing one of the most respected brands in heavy industry.
What You'll Do
* Diagnose, repair and service Komatsu machinery with technical precision
* Use technical literature, testing equipment, and Microsoft Office to complete high‑quality reports
* Coordinate site‑based maintenance projects and manage job paperwork
* Work safely, uphold Komatsu's values, and contribute to a strong team culture
* Provide outstanding customer service in line with the Komatsu Customer Support Charter
Roster: 5:2 - Monday to Friday with OT available
Pay rate: Competitive rate + allowances
What You Bring
* Qualified Plant Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic skills and technical capability
* Excellent communication and ability to work independently
* Commitment to safety and quality
* MR license and solid computer/MS Office knowledge
