Description

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role as the Service Manager - Mandurah. You will lead and inspire our Mandurah service teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated, and person-centred services that drive positive client outcomes aligned with Anglicare WA's theory of change.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of programs and services designed to support local communities, working to ensure that every service delivered from Mandurah is trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and responsive to the needs of the people we serve.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership to our Coordinators and staff, creating a motivated, collaborative, and innovative workforce. Working closely with Aboriginal-led and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) organisations, you'll develop strong partnerships that enhance our reach and ensure our services reflect the voices and experiences of the community.

As a trusted partner and leader, you'll:

* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective, place-based service design and delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement through innovative, evidence-based practice and regular review of service outcomes.
* Empower and develop your team, fostering a culture of connection, professional growth, and excellence.
* Oversee service quality, compliance, and reporting requirements to meet both organisational and funder expectations.
* Contribute strategically by identifying opportunities for service growth, integration, and community collaboration.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Mandurah.

Skills and Experiences

About You

You are a passionate and talented individual who is driven to deliver quality services and to develop and inspire your team. You will thrive in a culture that encourages innovation and creativity and will be an active contributor to continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships throughout the organisation, as well as with external stakeholders and industry professionals.

To be successful you will have:

* Tertiary Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline, with specialist knowledge and experience relevant to the position
* Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams including recruitment, induction and performance development/management
* Demonstrated experience in building high performing, integrated teams
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and ensure high standards of data collection and progress reporting are maintained
* Demonstrated experience managing key external stakeholders in a partnership or consortium relationship
* Demonstration of a constructive and collaborative leadership style that aligns and engages employees

This role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and a WA Drivers Licence. Please note that the organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary.

Salary And Benefits

* Starting salary is $131,919 per annum plus 12% superannuation
* Salary sacrifice up to $15,900 of pre tax income per year
* Additional 3 days of leave over the festive period
