We are seeking a talented Multimedia Operations Manager to join our growing team in Coolum Beach and oversee the daily operations of our Multimedia department.
This is a full-time role offered on a 9-day fortnight, giving you a regular rostered day off every second week while working with a team that values balance, creativity, and performance.

We are an audiovisual production business offering a wide range of multimedia services to our clients and venue partners. Our team delivers world-class visuals for ultrawide LED screens and event environments across the country. We pride ourselves on combining creativity, technical excellence, and client-focused service in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multimedia production for events across multiple venues.
- Oversee the day-to-day tasks of the Multimedia Designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.
- Take briefs from the Multimedia Sales Manager and coordinate resources to deliver on client expectations.
- Monitor and manage designer time budgets to ensure productive use of resources.
- Provide creative input and design expertise, including occasional video editing when required.
- Support and develop the team through clear direction, feedback, and mentoring.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in multimedia production with proven management or team leadership experience.
- Solid design skills with the ability to step in and assist on production tasks where needed.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in events or multimedia industries is highly regarded.
- Based on the Sunshine Coast for close collaboration with our Coolum team.
