The Product Manager - Mortgage Retention is responsible for the strategy and implementation of initiatives for the existing mortgage portfolio, as well as overseeing the mortgage operations end to end process, and managing any third party managing relationships related to home loan retention. The job holder is required to ensure the relevant areas are accountable for the implementation of all initiatives and processes across retention. To make this process operate efficiently a communicative and consultative approach must be taken while building relationships with key stakeholder.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement and monitor the HSBC Mortgage Retention Framework by using design principles to ensure clear direction and market innovation.
- Creation and actualisation of ongoing MI / Reporting
- Manage contact strategies for existing customers
- Establish retention segmentation, including any marketing and end-to-end customer contact plans.
- Implementation of retention incentives
- Ownership of all retention communication for existing customers
Requirements

- Annual operating plan forecasts - account volumes, receivables, income, other as agreed
- Portfolio dynamics - credit losses, cost/income ratio, net profit, ROA/ROE
- Ability to implement programs and projects within agreed budgets and timeframes
- Program and project outputs achieving stated business, customer and financial goals
- Internal and external customer satisfaction ratings achieved
