About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects while working alongside a talented group of professionals in a supportive, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse RFQs, drawings, and specifications for projects of varying scope and complexity to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates.
* Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, internal teams, and management to develop detailed tender submissions, incorporating value-added and innovative solutions.
* Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of different construction sectors, including commercial and data centres.
* Monitor market trends and maintain a detailed and accurate tender database.
* Mentor and guide junior estimators and trainees.
* Finalise D&C tender designs to ensure accurate pricing and integrated project outcomes.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* NSW electrical trade qualification.
* Experience using 3D modelling tools such as Navisworks and Revizto.
* Familiarity with Simpro software.
* Knowledge of BCA/NCC 2022 standards and compliance requirements.
* Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
