Leadership Opportunity in Therapeutic Residential Care
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in a therapeutic residential care setting, where the focus is on providing intensive 24/7 support to young people with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational frameworks, programs, and policies that prioritize the best interests of the young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with other leaders to design and implement strategies that ensure the well-being and development of young people.
* Providing expert guidance on operational matters, identifying risks, and developing solutions to mitigate them.
* Supporting the Director in achieving strategic outcomes for the Therapeutic Residential Care directorate.
* Fostering partnerships with non-government agencies to drive improved outcomes for young people.
* Staying up-to-date with national and international trends and issues relevant to the directorate.
