The Drug Court Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the implementation and ongoing operational management of the Magistrates Court's Drug Court Shepparton. Key Responsibilities:
* Administering Drug Treatment Orders under section 18Z of the Sentencing Act
* Overseeing a judicially supervised therapeutically oriented intensive and integrated drug supervision and treatment regime
