Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership - Provide clinical leadership and support to our care staff.
* Care Planning - Develop individualized care plans in consultation with residents and their families.
* Skill Development - Mentor and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners to enhance their skills and confidence.
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years experience in aged care leadership.
* Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
