Purpose of the role This is a pioneering role. You will create PRISM’s Australian hotel partner network from the ground up, activating the right leaders, influencers and decision-makers to unlock partnerships that fuel our growth. You’ll bring your existing hotel network, and the relationships you’ve nurtured over years and leverage them to create high-value partnerships. This is an opportunity to be the person who brings this new category to life in the market for MadeComfy. What you will own Researching, prioritising, and targeting high-value property leasehold or management opportunities based on data, insight and proven commercial potential. Working with leadership to shape the commercial strategy and acquisition roadmap for hotel supply nationally. Actively prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements end-to-end. Driving PRISM’s partnership pipeline and scaling it through process, discipline, and repeatable playbooks. Activating your network of property developers, funds, hotel owners & operators, asset managers, and key industry influencers. Designing partnership packages, deal structures, and commercial proposals that drive measurable revenue uplift. Partnering cross-functionally with other internal teams, such as Marketing and Operations, to collaborate on go-to-market initiatives that turn partnerships into scalable growth. Representing PRISM - MadeComfy at industry events, networking forums and conferences, building presence, brand awareness, and advocacy. Providing market and competitor intelligence back into the organisation, being the voice of emerging trends, risks and opportunities. Maintaining accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline health, conversion data and forecast accuracy. Hitting revenue targets and KPI outcomes consistently. Reporting on performance and pipeline health to leadership with clear recommendations, next-step actions and accurate forecasting. Sharing learnings and insights with leadership to influence future market expansion, service offerings, and strategic decision-making. Who you are You bring an established network within the hotel ecosystem and know how to leverage it to unlock partnership opportunities. You have strong commercial judgement, you read context quickly, interpret data, understand people dynamics and make decisions with confidence and clarity. You are commercially sharp, relationship-led, and performance driven. You build trust fast and can influence stakeholders to move decisions forward. You communicate with clarity, impact and intent both in writing, in person. You take ownership and deliver outcomes.
