E're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying new leads to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives. You'll play a critical part in creating early-stage opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and ensuring the sales team is set up for success
What you'll be doing…
* Prospect and qualify potential customers to build a strong lead pipeline for our TechnologyOne Direct and Regional sales teams.
* Meet monthly and quarterly targets for call activity, lead generation, evaluations and first meetings.
* Engage leads with timely, creative follow-ups to grow interest over time.
* Conduct research on target accounts to identify key contacts and insights before outreach.
* Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date, using it to plan and report on weekly activity.
* Share competitive, market and product insights with Marketing.
* Leverage social media for research, alerts, and sharing relevant content with prospects.
* Look for opportunities to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and work health & safety requirements.
* Experience in telesales and/or B2B sales.
* Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time-management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Understanding of marketing techniques that support pipeline building.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
* CRM experience (Salesforce) is an advantage.
* A sense of humour and a passionate team player
