Duties & Responsibilities
* Interpret work assignment guidelines with clarity and precision
* Prepare sketches, charts, tabulations, plans, and designs to support civil works
* Collect and analyse data, perform computations, and support project decisions
* Estimate material costs and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
* Inspect works, supervise maintenance and repair activities
* Maintain quality assurance documentation
* Assist the Engineering Manager with document control and record-keeping
Essential Skills & Attributes
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 8 years' experience in the civil construction industry
* Skilled in reading and producing technical drawings and documentation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong communication and coordination skills with engineering and site teams
* Proven problem-solving ability, detail-focused, and capable of working independently
